From picking out my furniture to delivering it on the day we wanted was a fantastic experience..!!  We were able to look over all the options without being rushed into a purchase.!  Thank you so much to George at the store in West Palm Beach on Military near Okeechobee..!!  Great salesperson..!!

Mercedes went above and beyond to help us find our console!  Very friendly and professional, even helped us find the perfect painting to go with it!!
The only problem we had was that they promised to deliver both pieces today and the delivery company only had console and didn't even knew about the other piece.
I end up calling store, Baer's in WPB, to be told they had to deliver the painting in a different truck, figure that out?  Well I guess we will have to wait to see when they will deliver!

Also, my hubby called the store just to have the receptionist hang up on him before he could finish talking...not very nice, rude.

Mercedes, good job, hopefully we will receive our painting tomorrow!

I am happy with my product from Baers but extremely disappointed in the sales team and issues I went through to get my couch. Initially, when I bought the couch, delivery was supposed to be within 6-8 weeks.  At 7 weeks I had heard nothing from Jim, so I called and was told that my couch would be delayed an extra two weeks. I had to call multiple times to find out details and I think my sales rep should have been responsible to call me to let me know the product was behind schedule. He finally told me it would be in by a certain date and it came in 3 days past the date I was told. I did not receive my couch for 11 weeks. The couch is wonderful, looks great and the delivery team was fantastic/ polite. However, unless you are willing to wait for an extended period of time and make numerous calls I am not sure I would buy from Baers again. They only refunded me $50 of the $149 I paid for delivery after all of the hassle I went through.

Not enough stars in the sky for this store. Worked with George who listened to my requests and came up with solutions.  He is so cool that I am sending my friends to see him. Delivery was on time and the guys were professional and nice.   Customer service was great too.  I helped a friend with deliveries  from Ashley's and Rooms to Go. Both were an extreme nightmare after purchase. Won't go into the details but shop with George at Baer's.
