This was not a very good location. It seem disorganized. The one in Austin is much nicer.

I recently bought a new house and needed furniture for three rooms, I knew I had to spend some money just didn't want to feel pressured into anything... Tatjana Gibbs was my sales rep, she walked with me around that whole store multiple times. She ran numbers for me on almost half the furniture in the store, but never did she try to pressure me, she was honest, nice attitude. I will definitely come back to the Ashley's in Temple as long as she's there!!!

Don't waste your time or your money. Find a better place to purchase furniture. My entertainment stand was delivered a week ago. We purchased the floor model, and had it delivered. It didn't have any hardware upon delivery, was told that the hardware would be sent to the house in 3 days. Its been 7. Still waiting. Called the store several times. No answer. The entertainment stand is also damaged, which is wasnt when we saw it in the furniture store. So, between the time we bought it and then delivered it, it had been damaged.

We had a wonderful experience in this store. My husband is disabled, and walking those large stores is an effort for him. We really dreaded the whole extensive shopping-for-a-bed adventure.We were met by April. She treated us like family, listened, and obviously understood our requirements immediately, because she led us straight to the bed that we ended up purchasing. How often do you come across a salesperson who can immediately show you what you want out of a selection of 30 similar items or more? It cannot get more perfect! Thank you April. We had a great time!
