Mike helped me pick out an entire bedroom set, mattress, dining table, and accessories, all for an amazing price!! I couldn't ask for better service, he was patient even though it was after store closing hours. I couldn't be happier with my experience, thank you so much!!

I can always get a great deal and the customer service is wonderful.  They don't try to hard sell you anything.  They will give plenty options.  They want their customer's happy with their purchase.

Very clean and our saleslady was very helpful. Answered all our questions was very nice. Just couldn't get a loan because of our credit. Seems to me ,they should have a in house financing to help people with bad credit with reasonable monthly payments

I would not purchase from this store or company again.  My salesperson was not honest regarding my purchase and the store would not authorize warrantied repairs--even though those repairs were specifically listed in the warranty.  I purchased a "leather" sofa set from this store. Because of the investment, I also purchased the warranty on the sofa. I don't usually purchase warranties on this type of stuff.  However,  I was sold on the benefits of the warranty and because of the cost of the set, I felt that I needed to get some coverage.  I recently tried to use the warranty, for the first time, and was told that the "leather" set that I had purchased was not actual "leather."  This was a tremendous surprise to me because the leather was the reason that I purchased this particular set in the first place.  I also found out, while trying to use the warranty, that the warranty company would not cover items specifically stated in the warranty--again, a surprise.   When I pressed the warranty company, I was told that store wouldn't authorize certain warrantied services.  Needless to say, if I could give less than one star I would.
