I have bought furniture from here before and its perfect bur, now, the price and style is not to my liking. They have clearance sofas and chairs that are about $1000 which to me is too much. I needed something comparable to the other stores but did not find it there. I was hoping I would but it didn't work out. The staff took about fifteen minutes to come see if I needed help. That was too lobg especially when we walk right by two twice who kept sitting on a sofa talking.  Very unprofessional.  
The store is very attractive from the outside and is in a great location.

We went there specifically to shop at Denver Mattress. Our first impression by the first person to greet us was that we were going to take our business elsewhere but we ended up coming back and dealt with an entirely different person. I believe his name was Joe and he made our experience worthwhile. His professionalism and knowledge base made our experience worthwhile.

I love furniture Row. I've purchased many items through the 11 years living here. 2 bedroom sets, 3 sets of living rooms, beautiful wall entertainment center. I even brought my  brother in law here to refurnish his apartment.
They usually say it takes 2 weeks for delivery, but my experience has been 1 week to 1.5 weeks. I'm very pleased.
The one time we had a problem with our living room couch, they contacted someone to come over and fix it.
They are very courteous.

The salesperson clicked the wrong button apparently and it didn't show the color names on our receipt, after we told them we wanted all brown. Good customer service but now we have to wait even longer for the right pieces.

Well today was the day we wanted to shop and let me tell you this I was very impressed.  Went to the Harker Heights location and was greeted with a smile and we proceeded to look around.  After about 15 mins we were approached my a sales lady and asked if we were finding everything ok.  Told her we were just looking and we would get her if we needed assistance.  Well after about 20 more mins of looking,  we decided on our purchase.  I like the fact that number one  Presentation is awesome.  By  illuminating the warehouse and expanding the showroom floor has allowed more convenience for the customer to look around and have more to offer.   Number two was the fact that we were greeted at the door with a smile and left alone. Number three was that their was no pressure to purchase and was given several options.  Thanks again Furniture Row...
