This Ashley Homestore has a lot of parking and easy to find. It has a large floor plan for their show room and someone is always at the front ready to great you and show you around or answer questions. The first time there, I wanted to look around by myself and was left alone. When I wanted to ask questions, a person was easily available. I went back a second time and on my third visit I was ready to purchase a sofa and love seat. The salesman helped me calculate the total price and reminded me about the Labor Day weekend sale as well as the financing options. I was satisfied with the final price and decided to buy. Delivery was set up on the day of purchase and could be delivered within a week. I was able to confirm the delivery day and time through text messages and a link let me keep track of the order.

Super selection, which was what we wanted and we found the perfect Living room set. The price was outstanding, compared to the competition! The salesman's (Alex) was great, he never pushed us and was there for our questions. Totally opposite from going to an auto dealership! Thank you!

Kevin made our furniture shopping spree so easy! He listened to what my husband and I wanted & helped us find gorgeous furniture that met both of our needs! It was fun to chat with him & overall, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back to shop with Kevin next time!!!

Ela was extremely helpful in providing us the best furniture to meet our needs. She was available even when we contacted her after our visit to the store. She was extremely professional and even returned our phone calls outside of her own work hours. We will definitely go back to Ashley furniture. We thank you Ella for your outstanding customer service

After buying our new riverfront home in Three Rivers, CA, we knew we would need an entire household of furniture. We started with our guest cottage because friends and family wanted to visit and enjoy our beautiful view and swim in our river. Well, the first piece we selected, a sleeper sofa, was not available in our local area, which we needed within two weeks for visiting friends. We were willing to travel and pick the sofa up ourselves. We called other Ashley store locations and the manager, Serafin, and staff at Ashley Furniture in Santa Clarita put their efforts together and was able to locate our needed furniture and even shared the cost of delivery saving us over 150 miles of travel. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture for the dedication shown to customer service.
