Terrible service department. Took my bike on a Tuesday for routine maintenance and was promised it would be ready by the end of the next day. They hadn't even touched it when I came back at the end of the next day. No phone call telling me it wasn't going to be ready. Nothing. The rep there that day promised he'd have it done the next day and "I don't make promises I can't keep." Sorry, buddy, but you kinda already did.

Cody in the service department is the best....he went above and beyond my expectations with my warrenty claim. All of the people at Old Road Harley Davidson in Santa Clarita, are genuine and exceptional....I recommend that you make time and visit these folks.
