I'd like to pass along my first experience with Pep Boys today. I set an appointment for 12:00 and showed up at 11:20 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes to complete. 50 minutes goes by and my car is still in the parking lot. I tell the associate that I'm going to leave and come back in a couple of hours. My plans changed and I was back in about 45 minutes. I let him know I was back early and he let me know he put a couple of cars in front of mine since I left (I completely understand that - no biggie). Almost 45 minutes passes and I get an email that my car is ready for pickup...strange because I'm looking at my car up in the bay with the oil just drained and no oil or rotation completed. At 1:50, I'm told my car has been completed. Strange, I didn't see them do a tire rotation, but it was signed off by Jordan Garcia. I check my tires out in the parking lot and notice the rotation was not completed (I have 3 valve stem caps, one is missing so it was easy to tell there was no movement). I let Mark, who was the guy that wrote my order, know what was going on. It took another 35 minutes to complete the tire rotation. I explained that I wasn't upset about how long everything took, but Jordan signed off that he completed work that wasn't complete. I immediately lost all trust with Pep Boys. I wanted to let a manager know what was going on to which the manager was not available. Mark brings Ricardo Favela over who is an assistant manager and explains the situation. While Mark and I are speaking, Ricardo is shuffling papers and keys around and answering other employees questions that don't pertain to the conversation. I let him know that he was not listening and didn't care about the situation. All he said was he would talk to Jordan about it. I walked out letting him know I was going to escalate the issue with corporate and write reviews about my experience.

The service in the front was great. They didn't have what I was looking but the cashier asked me if I needed help and when I told him they were out he immediately told me he could get me the part I needed the next day at 9am. Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent service!! Came in to get 4 new tires and got a great price. The service was speedy and the service staff was friendly. Will definitely come back.

They couldn't get me in when I first came in which was okay because they didn't make me wait for an hour and a half. They gave me a better time to come back and the service was great.

Brought my truck in for service. It took twice as long as they quoted and they didn't set the tire pressure correctly or reprogrammed the tire sensors after the rotation.
