my wife and I stopped in to look for living room furniture and dining room tables. we were met by one the nicest salespeople you will ever meet, Rob Owens. he was very knowledgeable, great to talk to. answered all our questions , very helpful. we were very satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

My daughter needed furniture for her college apartment and she saw some on the web page that she liked. We called the store and Dan Berger answered and was extremely helpful!! Dan placed the order for us, so that if we have any issues, we would be able to contact and deal with him directly! Dan was great!

I recently purchased the remaining pieces to our bedroom set. Last year, Dan Berger helped us with our bed and mattress purchase and since then we were going to wait to get the rest of the furniture. A few weeks ago I looked online to check for sales on the items, only to find that the collection was discontinued. I immediately called and asked for Dan the next morning and he did a great deal of researching and tracking down the necessary information needed to find if and how we could still get those items...which he made happen for us. We still have to set up delivery but he went above and beyond for us! And he was able to get us new pieces, not just floor displays. He made the impossible, possible! I will always call and ask for him with any future purchase. AND he didn't brush me off either even though I called during the day of a big VIP event they were preparing for...he made sure to call me before the end of the night to give a status update! Can't wait to have the pieces in my home!! Thanks Dan!!

The best shopping experience we've had. David was exceptionally helpful and kind-hearted. Not once did my husband and I feel any pressure to purchase. The 70 mile drive was worth it and we will be returning to this store in the future.

I purchased a sofa 4 years ago that had a manufacturing defect (Durablend leather was peeling). After making a call explaining the situation, a claim was made with the manufacturer. I received a credit to my account for the purchase price of the sofa so that I could replace it with a new one. It only took the manufacturer a few days to approve this claim. I was very pleased with how quickly this was processed. When going to the store, the salesperson was very apologetic and said this should not have happened. Fortunately, the same sofa I had purchased 4 years ago was still available, however the cost of the replacement sofa was a bit more than the amount credited to my account. Ashley Furniture said they would match the cost so that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. My new sofa will be delivered shortly. Due to the excellent customer service, I will be making more purchases with this business. I thought I should share my positive experience because I know there are plenty of negative comments made about Ashley Furniture and just about every other business. Thank you Ashley Furniture for how you handled this situation!
