I would recommend you never walk in the door.  They lie tell you some stuff is free and then charge you for it. Then when you ask them about it they tell you they never told you that. I had 3 different people with me that heard them say free and they still lied. I had to call credit card company to get them involved to fight The charges for The items that were supposed to be free.  The 1st mattress delivered was wrong one. Took weeks to get the one I wanted. When I got it it was as hard as a rock even though I was told it will feel the same as what it was when I layed on it in the store. When I told them about it they said they would take it back but you only get credit for mattress not box springs and I would have to pay them $99 to take box springs back. Never got another mattress because the rest were way to expensive. I have a new mattress that's in my spare room now and im sleeping on my old one whixh is more comfortable. They are horrible to deal with. Purchase your mattress from someone else.

Such a easy process! My salesperson (Harry) was wonderful. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. I received my items the next day and everything was in great shape! I definitely recommend this store.

This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. This is a shady business. They ordered a model newer than the one that was on the floor, charged me nearly 50% more than the cost of the original. They said they would deliver it 3 days later, and delivered it two weeks later. And when it arrived, they delivered it to the wrong address, and refused to correct the error.
