Unfortunately Sears is really going down hill. The prices are high for what you get. I will not shop here for tools since they were caught selling tools marked made in the USA and ended up they were made in Taiwan. Customer service is slim to none and products are not always available. I will never buy from here unless things change.

Expected this place to close the doors years ago.  Managers are totally unqualified, messy looking, rude, and don't even know their own prices or procedures.  Prices are low, but at your own risk.  FYI- Online is actually worse.  NEVER call online help line, you'll pull your hair out.

Sears Johnstown PA - Friendly and helpful staff in hardware.  Got the Craftsman items I needed at a reasonable price.  In and out in 10 minutes.

Worked here for not even a full month due to poor management abilities in 2 of the managers.

The auto guys got our car in first thing even though we just had our car towed there with no warning. They replaced the alternator, battery and a back tire for us. Even though they kept running into issues with the car they kept us informed and did everything they could to help save us some money, including telling us we could save if we went and picked up the parts ourselves so that we wouldn't have to pay their markup. Labor cost is a little high but it is def worth it to get your car running and back on the road asap.
