I shopped for a sofa at the store in Santa Fe and the service was excellent! The salesperson, Michael, was very nice and helpful, and didn't pressure me or hover in any way. I purchased a sofa I loved but changed my mind 48 hours later because the color was just too light. I went back to the store for my refund and the manager, Jerry, was very nice about it, not pressuring me to buy something else. I plan to visit their store in Albuquerque as its bigger and hope to have the same shopping experience.

Jerome .S and manager are awesome!! Will work with you to keep customer satisfaction. Very nice and And helpful. I’ve been there several times. Also the girls in financing are great at the job.

People here are so helpful, quick view of everything. You're able to seat around living rooms, dining tables, beds etc etc and see if you like them. Plenty of stuff to look at, there's a touch computer you can use to browse around and see bigger photos. They also have financing available without credit check. They also honor the prices from the Ashley Furniture website.

I loved doing business with Ashley. My sales representative, Michael in Santa Fe, was so helpful with my purchases. He was personable, available and made appropriate suggestions allowing me to make choices I’d be happy with. Customer service and the delivery personnel were also very professional and helpful.

Jerome Salazar is awesome. He is very helpful and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We will definitely go back to see him when we are ready for more furniture.
