Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Conns is NOT rent to own. They have good products at an affordable price. If you need to make a major appliance or furniture purchase, at least check them out. By the way, the Yes Money deals are really good.

My experience with Conns was the worst! I purchased items with warranty and they did not allow me to use it. I was told it was good for the life of the loan and then was told it expired after 1 year, although I am still paying for warranty. Very very poor service! I would NEVER recommend this place to any one. I'm putting a star so I can be able to post this review, other then that they would have gotten no stars

The associate was very helpful, but kept showing us things we had specifically said weren't a interest to us. We laid out our exact interest ranges at introduction. Tried to sell us on it only being a year lease, but the payments stated were literally for more then my car payment! Honestly, ridiculous. We'll be looking at Aarons, where they know real expectations.

Totally understand why it's named Conns! This place is a nightmare waiting to happen to you. We got approved on their credit app and looked at some couches. We found the one we liked and asked the price and they said its $950.00 so my wife and I talk and say "man $950.00 is expensive for this couch but it is nice and a little bit of extra cost is to be expected if you're financing something" so we decide we are going to get it and once they finish the paperwork they say "OK after financing it will be $2,791.00" !! My wife and I looked at each other and started laughing. We thought the couch was overpriced by about $500.00 when they said it was $950.00 and now they want almost 3k for it! We said oh hell no tore up the paperwork and hightailed it out of there in disbelief and now we get more spam emails and junk mail than you can imagine. This place is rightfully named "Conns" but should rather be spelled Cons because these guys are con artists from start to finish. Don't waste your time!

Horrible experience. A worker named Timothy came to help us but was very rude and didn’t know the prices or warranties on anything we were looking at. The worst part was after we decided not to purchase anything from him he decided to close out our account after we left. If you don’t want to deal with people don’t be in the sales and costumer service industry. If you come here I’d recommend going up to someone who actually knows how to do their job and won’t be petty if you decide not to purchase anything.
