I choose the the Farmington Ashley store for furniture shopping first and foremost because Dorinda is the sweetest. She makes furniture shopping a super convenient, no pressure, really easy-going experience. The shopping experience with the sales person is of utmost importance to me as even if I fell in love with a piece of furniture, if the sales and management staff wasn’t a pleasure to work with, I’d walk away. Beyond that, the selection is great enough that I know I’ll always be able to find something to my liking, the store is really well lit, organized and everything is always clearly marked for size and price. The pricing is reasonable so you don’t feel as though you have to be married to a style for a great length of time, but versatile and high quality enough that you could add new pieces to change it up over time if you did want to keep it long term. Bottom line, I’ve loved all the furniture I’ve purchased from Ashley.

Great selection, enthusiastic sales people, they accommodate, delivery too was top notch. My very 1st purchase was with their Synchrony credit which was a horrible experience, it was high, high interest though I paid beyond the minimum they still chose to stick me with late fees. I used to argue with a lady from India over my payments. If you plan on looking to apply for credit here through Synchrony. ..don't do it. But I have been back many a times. Just without Synchrony. Great place to furnish a home, thank you Ashley.

Sales rep was friendly and not overbearing. He took great care of us and our needs. We will definitely go back there in the future

Store is nicely furnished. They don't seem to have anything in stock. We ordered a table and cabinet. Table was delivered about 4 weeks after ordered. Cabinet took an additional couple of weeks. It was delivered damaged. Delivery guys set it down and handed me the paperwork to sign. I said it's damaged, they both just looked at me and said they thought it was made that way. I sent it back and waited another 5 weeks before another cabinet was delivered. No calls were ever received from store about damage or that it was reordered. Terrible customer service.
