Honestly this was the best customer service I have ever received from a furniture store! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the staff helped me with my questions and to find the perfect piece of furniture. It was a little complicated because of the lay out of my apartment, but I was reassured they could be able to help my needs! The best part of the whole experience was they weren’t out to get me to buy something. The staff and I connected on a personal level and they weren’t pressuring me. Which is why from now on I will always come back to this store! Definitely the best Furniture store in Nevada. I highly recommend for all my family and friends to come here and shop for your new masterpiece!

Went in to look at mattresses on October 29, 2017. I walked out with a mattress, adjustable frame, 2 pillows, mattress protector, dining room set, and a couch for an amazing price. Right time to go in if you are thinking about purchasing they have great deals going on. Sales associate and manager who helped us were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will come here again for any future furniture needs. I would recommend checking out this store.

Adriana was very attentive, patient and professional. Her attention to detail was impeccable! If I had a question or was hesitant on matching two items for my bedroom, she already had a suggestion or was able to easily provide alternative choices. I was absolutely blown away with her sense of style and I will definitely be coming back to complete my home. Hands down, best time furniture shopping!

Great experience overall. We were welcomed from the moment we walked in, assisted right away, provided plenty of information to answer our questions, and shown items that met our preferences, all before deciding on a awesome couch. Particularly, Bailey and the manager on shift were very friendly, understanding, and helpful. While Ashley HomeStore is a chain, I recommend this particular location for their customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Melissa and Marisela were absolutely amazing. We purchased a new house that needed to be fully furnished. They helped us with ALL our needs, gave impeccable service, and gave us great deals as well. We will be back and deal with these two wonderful helpful ladies again for any future purchases. Thank you so much!!!
