My boyfriend and I went here "just to look" last Friday. However, we ended up meeting with Nick who showed us around the store and helped us try out different mattresses, since we really did not know what we wanted. We decided on a mattress and then sat down to discuss financing, etc. Nick was so incredibly helpful and nice during the entire process. We put some items into a ticket and came back on Monday 8/28 just to ensure that we still wanted that exact mattress, which we ended up trying out and wanted. Nick was there again that evening and helped us get our order completed, along with delivery day and time. We are set to receive our mattress this weekend, so hopefully all goes according to plan! Overall, we had a great experience here and are very excited about our new mattress (and pillows)! Ask for Nick if you go here- he is great!

After being disappointed with a well known dept. Store about a defective mattress set e which was very expensive but yet returned after giving us the round around. Meanwhile, Thinking okay buy a mattress from a mattress store. Well, Mattress Firm came to mind. So we went there. The salesperson "Z" was very nice and extremely helpful. Although several people came in the store after us, Z really worked the store to meet and greet every customer. We were pleased with his professionalism and the mattress set. We saved money. We are happy. I also got a great deal on a 2.5in. gel mattress topper. I highly recommend you go to this location and speak with "Z." Great delivery service too! Thanks

Service was amazing, from help choosing my "perfect" mattress to the delivery team. People were beyond nice and totally professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I will be purchasing all mattresses here when I need one!

Sleep Unhappy Guarantee Bought a Tempur-pedic mattress and base 10 days ago. Delivery was fast. However, immediately I experienced severe back pain with this bed. After 7 days of increasing pain, night after night, I started calling the store. In which case they continue to stall and tell me my associate/manager is not available. It's been 9 nights now with little to no sleep. I feel like I've been dropped from a building.It is difficult to move or breathe because of this pain. I actually had very little pain before this, but was sleeping on a camping air bed. I am in my 60's, and have scoliosis and kyphosis. So instead of setting up a return for the mattress, they continue to recommend that I wait 30 days, suffer their sadistic torture, and then maybe I'll get someone to talk to? My body will NOT adjust to the bed. I have permanent spinal curvature/damage. I have nothing to sleep on now except for a hardwood floor. Which has caused me less pain than this Tempur-pedic Supreme Breeze. I don't know if they stand by their "Sleep Happy Guarantee" or not because they don't seem to want to right now. In that store policy description, it says "you should sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days", not you MUST to fulfill your part of the guarantee. My pain is very real and I have the medical records to prove it. Buyer, beware. You may have to suffer greatly before they will stand by their guarantee. Update: Since posting this review, I have been contacted by Mattress Firm and they have graciously accepted return of the mattress prior to the 30 day, recommended, minimum trial period. I am, however, still waiting for the refund. I was informed it would take up to 7 business days. Will update again to see if Mattress Firm stands by their word.

The salesman Ace at the clearance in Norcross GA was not clear about the mattress we were buying was used or a floor sample. When we took it home, it was wrapped in plastic but it had stains. Also the box spring was a different color and longer than the mattress. When we called to asked he said that store only has used or floor samples and that was what we were getting. Very misleading. Never go back.
