It took quite sometime to find someone to help with my purchase...had to ask for help. Then they weren't able to deliver my order for nearly 3 weeks. I thought for nearly $ 500 delivery fee they could at least deliver it sooner than that. Note to other shoppers, their merchandise is located in a warehouse in another state. Also the whole buying process reminded me of buying a car, I wasn't even financing the furniture and it took entirely too long. Not happy @ all with services or process. Hopefully I will be happy with my furniture...whenever it arrives Bad experience continues...got email, text message and phone call to confirm delivery date and time 2pm to 5pm delivery...They arrived at 9 am, I wasn't there because I was moving and having delivery to new address. I arrive a little before noon to prep for delivery. I call them, when I see missed calls...they tell me I missed my delivery (even though I didn't reschedule or agree to be rescheduled and it wasn't even time for my delivery for 2 + hours). I was told I will need to reschedule, they waive the reschedule fee because they were coming back next week anyway because they didn't have ALL my furniture available for same delivery date. Delivery came the next week (had to wait a month for my furniture now), 2 delivery guys 1 nice young man, the older one with major attitude problem. 1 bedroom furniture looked nice...the other ....looked used, with scratches, dents, missing drawer handles and drawers off track. Was told have to speak to customer service, they asked for pictures, sent them...have heard nothing back. DO NOT SHOP HERE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ON ALL LEVELS!!! Wish they had negative stars so that it could truly depict how poor the service and quality truly is for this place.

I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I had furniture delivered on 08/05/17. They did not have the screws to put our bed together. I was told that the hardware would be sent out to me in 10 days and that I would have to call in to have a tech come out to assemble the furniture. Today is 08/23/17! And i have called and sat on hold for 25 minutes, and spoke to no one. Called another number and was transferred to corporate, which was closed by that time. I called corporate the next day to find out that they don't have an account with my name on it. I was told to that this Ashley's furniture is not a real store. I was told that they obtain furniture from the real store and sale it. I was given another corporate number for this local store. After finally talking to someone, I find out that they have no answers for me because the hardware department was closed. She did call me back today, but stated that the hardware would not ship until 09/11/17 because it is on back order. So that's another two weeks I will have to wait after its shipped and another two weeks to wait on a tech to come out to the house. Lets not forget that we will now be sleeping on the floor for two months by that time!! I am beyond frustrated. THEN I was told that i could call the local store and ask them if they have any hardware, but i cant call because the local store has the calls routed to this "corporate" number during the day. I was told that she could email someone to call me or that I would have to drive to the store to talk to someone. I can not believe that this is my experience, after I am spending almost $8,000 in furniture. This company deserve ZERO stars right now(Apparently I have to give them one star to even post my situation.) If i could hand over the furniture and try another store, I would...this is ridiculous, to say the least!!!

Very nice furniture. But when trying to pay off our furniture online, we are denied to know our account number. A representative denied to give us our account number so we can't pay it off. I don't know if they don't have any customer service representatives in but I've been on hold for 40+ minutes just to get a hold of 1 person. Customer service is not it's best but furniture is great.

My husband and I went into the store today with the intent of purchasing a sofa set. We were greeted at the door by Melissa, who was very nice and the only reason they're getting 2 stars. I asked her if the ticket prices reflected the 20% discount they were advertising for Memorial Day. She said no, that does not include the discount. (Great! Or so we thought). My husband and I decided on a sofa set. The ticket price was 2400 (not exact but close). We did the 20% discount on our phones and found it to be a great price. So I went and got Melissa. She sat down with us to write it all down. Low and behold, the price on the ticket was not correct. Now the total price of everything was 2400 (and some change) with the discount. You see my problem here right? So we asked what the deal was and she said on the ticket (on the back) they had it done differently price wise. Also, they had one thing on display but that was not what was being sold in the price (self reclining vs power). She said she would speak to the manager to see what they could do. He came out and didn't speak to us, waved his hands at her and said something and walked off. She said he would give it to us for 2100 (and change) not including 8% tax and deliver fee of $199. So not only was that not the 20% discount they were advertising but it also wouldn't allow for the military discount. So essentially, the reel you in with false advertising and then are rude (manager not Melissa) about being called out. We will NEVER go back to this store and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. Horrible business practice.

Do not ever shop here or support this company. They do not honor deliver dates and do little to make it right. I had a delivery scheduled for a Sunday, but did not receive my confirmation call so I decided to call and check. Upon calling, the rep discovered my delivery showed up as just estimated date and they actually forgot to schedule it. I told them it was important that I receive my item on the day I had scheduled it for but after going up the chain it was all just "nothing we can do about it". Take your money somewhere where customers are appreciated.
