Highly disappointed. Bought two leather couches from them less than 3 years ago. Was reassured time and time again that we would have no problem with the "real" leather and that it was "the most durable leather in the showroom." These couches get light use and the leather is literally pealing off one of the arms. We paid over $2000 for these sofas and this is what we get. Now we have to spend another $2000+ on more sofas. Also, good luck working with customer service. Update as of 10/3.. I have been working with Amanda from customer service who has been great. Though my couch was not under warranty and I still was mislead by our original sales rep, they came up with a solution that will hopefully prevent me from buying new couches. I will keep everyone updated. I want to make sure that I give credit where it is due and so far, Amanda has been a great help and seems to understand and care. 10/14 ... Seems like they have gone cold. I am supposed to have a piece on order but I have heard from no one...

Absolutely an awful company. I purchased a chair that was not available or in stock. Within one hours of making the purchase we found a better chair at a better price at Babies R Us. I went back to the store to cancel the order. I was told that the order had already been placed and there was no way to cancel it. Being that it was a weekend the location where the chair is being shipped from was closed. I advise them that I wanted to cancel the order they still refused and said they could not cancel the order even though you have buyer's remorse and you have 3 days to cancel your order. They still refused. This company does not care about customer care they're out for the dollar stay away buyer beware. I will bad mouth great deals on furniture until the day I die. Their name is a joke. Your responds is too little too late. I even reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

First time in store was the worst thing I could've done! Put a partial payment down on a mattress set. Agreed to pick up the following week but due to the severe weather couldn't find anyone with proper covering. Called to inquire about delivery.... that will cost 149.00 then 70.00!!! So I decided to ask for money back and was told because I did not pick up during storm and they did me a "favor" the payment belongs to them!! Well that favor wasn't favor at all! Rude, condescending and straight out thieves! No bed, no deposit. I suggest you BEWARE!
