My visit here was great. They helped me, not push me into something I didn't want. The associates were friendly and very helpful, they answered all of my questions and even some I didn't know I had. They worked with me and found what worked for me!!! Great place will go back if I need anything else.

Recently stopped by to look at a bedroom for my daughter. The greeter directed me to the bedroom section but, seen to be a little perturbed when I thanked him and said that I was going to walk around the store and see if I'll see something different that may catch my eye as well before I go that way. When I did see something else. He wasn't as pleasent, and there was no one around to assist. My daughter and I looked around and waited for assistance but, after a while we left the store. We decided to go to Havertys. It was amazing how helpful they were, they gave us such amazing service, I was waiting for the wine to come from the back at any moment. But when I was shown the price, I would've said "I don't drink." We thanked them, and left...😂

We were looking for a table and chairs but we ended up not buying here. Good prices on most items but make sure to shop around. The staff here is helpful and nice.

Really clean and beautiful!!! The associates are all willing and able to help you in any way they can. The associates make you want to be there and actually buy something even if you're just looking!!! Looovvveeeddd it!!!

This is the worst service I have ever seen from a company. First the delivery decide to try to leave the furnisher without unpacking it. Then after being confronted over the phone with me they said they would put everything together. Then they still tried to leave all the trash here until again I had to call them and they decided to take it with them. All because a women was here and not me. To top it all off the power cord for the couch was not even in the delivery. They side it would be over nighted but no that was a lie too. The tracking number is saying it still has not been shipped. Still no cable either. You call them and the customer care tells me if you no longer want the furniture you can go back to the store and they will setup a pickup. No they do not care one bit about taking care of the customer. Instead they figure we make so much money with our 400% markup that we will just sale it to someone else.
