Staff were very friendly and polite. They are very inviting and will help you find everything you need. You can negotiate some shipping charges and maybe even get a break if you purchase a bunch of stuff. Quality is great however, their shipping/delivery is not that fast, for some items, you'll have to wait up to 4 or more weeks to receive. Note you'll not be able to buy furniture here and take it home with you the same day, it will be delivered. So if you are in a rush to get your furniture, try another place where you could buy and haul home with you. The price and quality is worth the wait.

BEWARE! I was lied to about my furniture delivery date and currently getting the run around. If you order from this facility expect to get your furniture within a month or maybe even longer. Before I purchased my item I verified if it would be possible to receive my furniture near or on a particular date. The manager confirmed it, but it was all a lie just to get me to go through with the transaction. I would’ve have appreciated the truth. Then I would have gladly went to another facility. As a women who is 9months pregnant and in need of a comfortable bed. It’s really inconsiderate to fulfill a sell by lieing to a customer.

Brian Norton at the Linden store was fantastic. The first time we went, he helped us through all of our questions and guided us to the correct locations in the store. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, but left that day with a better idea of what we wanted. When we were ready to buy, we came back and were greeted by our first names (good memory!). He directed, made suggestions and we were able to make great selections. Brian was so helpful that my fiancé got me to back to buy a dining room table and we did not hesitate to go back him for the purchase. Overall, he made the whole experience pleasurable and as relaxing and enjoyable as it could be. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for an honest sales person who has your best interest in mind and not just a sale.

This is the worst furniture store I ever shop at. They are rude, and very unprofessional. I brought a base with protection and paid cash. Days later, they called staying they could no longer sell it. As I try to talk to them about it, they acted like they didn't care and I just had to deal with it. NEVER GOING Back There. Don't waste your time at Ashley's.

Our sales associate was very nice, but the management didn't seem to have the customer in mind at all. This past weekend my fiance and I came in looking to purchase a sofa sectional and maybe a kitchen table or area rug. Ashley was running a free shipping special if your item cost $1,000 or more. The sofa we wanted came in at $899, before tax. It also came with two free throw pillows, but the sofa was not on sale for Presidents Day unlike most of the other furniture. We were going to pass on a very nice bar pub table/chair set until our sales associate told us he was going to ask the manager if he could allow us the free shipping on our sofa. I wanted to see if they would be flexible enough and go above for the customer before we committed to the table. Kudos to our guy, but the manager wouldnt budge. I used the decision as a test bed to evaluate Ashley & their commitment to customer service. They didnt even offer to show us something like a lamp, end table, or accent item to push us up on the free shipping threshold. When we got to the checkout/paperwork phase, no one knew if the pillows get shipped with the couch or if we walk out of the store with them. After about four people were consulted, Ashley decided we would take the pillows home with us since they dont ship those anyway. I looked up the table we were interested in - and, amazingly, it's less expensive on Ashley's own website. I kept looking and found the exact same table and chairs online at a different retailer for less money and will probably buy it there. We are in love with our sofa, cant wait for it to get delivered. Based on our experience I would NOT recommend Ashley to others.
