I wanted to take a minute to share the wonderful experience I had at the Value City in Iselin, NJ.  I purchased bedroom furniture for my daughter recently.  I worked with a Mr. Charles Blackwell who was fantastic from start to finish.  He was pleasant and professional and very knowledgeable.  He spent time with my daughter and I answering our questions and he made my daughter feel like she was part of the process.  I can’t say enough about how great he was.  And he followed up to make sure we were satisfied and helped ensure a quick delivery of our furniture.  If you are ever at that store, ask for him.  Big thumbs up to Value City and Charles! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I strongly recommend Value city at Woodbridge for their customer friendly attitude. Understanding the needs and making suggestions keeping in mind the customer's interest was surprising. My special thanks to Benny and Patel sir for their great support during my purchase. They are just awesome and friendly. What a combination of minds they have in providing the support to the customers. Just awesome.

We worked with Mr. Patel for our entire purchase and we couldn’t be happier. He made sure that we were satisfied by being immensely flexible throughout the furniture buying process and went an extra mile to assist us with our furniture needs.

We needed some last minute changes to our order and Mr. Patel again ensured that we didn’t have any trouble with that. If you are going to value city furniture in Iselin, make sure you ask for no one other than Mr. Patel.

Great Experience Mr. Patel is an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable does not pressure you or follow around store, we have made all our purchases at this location. Great quality and better than anything great customer service. Mr Patel and his manager i believe his name is Tom, were great help to us.  I suggest everyone to come and shop here.

Aj was our sales person. His knowledge and patience helped us so much with our purchase.  We did not intend on buying mattresses from your store. His expertise made us feel very confident in our choice and we went ahead with that purchase as well. He was kind and articulate I would choose to work with him again for our future home needs.
