Pitusa is awesome everything came on time the store associates were very welcoming and the sales manager really worked with me in getting what I wanted. Delivery guys very respectful and really quick putting furniture together. Yes I would recommend Pitusa and also will be going back for further purchases.

They charge 2 much the furniture store across the street is much better with a better selection of stuff and they charge 75 to deliver thumbs 👇  won't b going back thumbs 👇

I thought this store was great! The showroom is huge and they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Frank and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Pitusa in Elizabeth!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My husband i bought a 3pc living room table set with the coffee table and 2 end tables. Since we live in the area we decided to pick it up instead of having it delivered. Everything was great. Everyone was nice we left with out tables and not a problem. When we got home we opened the box to assemble the table one of the end tables was broken. we grabbed the pieces to the end table and went straight to the store. When we got there the OWNER decided it wasn't their responsibility that the table was broken. Her own employees told her we had left just 10 minutes earlier. She insisted that they would only fix the table at a cost. I REFUSED to pay for the table to be fixed. She insisted on arguing with me that it was store policy that if i picked up the items that it was my problem. She even scolded an the sales person who sold us the tables in front of everyone in the store for not telling us the policy. Wouldnt even allow me to return it. said if i returned it she would return my money but charge me for the broken table!  the entire time she was nasty and didnt even look me in the face while speaking to me. Just because shes the owner she thinks shes too good to look people in the face when speaking to them AND SHE TALKS DOWN TO HER CUSTOMERS!  ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS STORE! THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
