My wife and I really enjoyed shopping at Ashley. We were at another major furniture store, could not fine anything to our liking. So we decided to take a chance and go to Ashley. We are so glad we did. The sales rep was very helpful and answered all of the questions we asked. And guess What? We found a bedroom set that both me and my wife agreed on. This was the best experience I have had with furniture shopping in the past year. Jim greeted me and got me started with no pressure at all. Michael took over when Jim left and was more helpful than I could have ever anticipated. He moved furniture to help me make decisions and took many other extra steps until I was completely satisfied. I was so thankful to have received delightful customer service.

The salesman Dino was helpful and the manager on site that day was very thoughtful. I'm from Madison, WI and I found out I couldn't use my Ashley furniture credit card in IL. The item was on clearance and I really wanted it. The manager held our item for an hour to allow us to pay for it another way. We really appreciate everyone's help. Thank you

We had a bad experience with the delivery and set up of our furniture. We called or sales represenative and he connected us to the store manager Randy. I must say Ashley is lucky to have such dedicated and helpful employees. Randy came to my home personally and delivered the missing pieces and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Because of this great service we have again went back to Ashley and made another purchase with a sales man by the name of Charles. He was very pleasant and gave us a great deal. We were also lucky to run into the manager Randy as well. Ashley you have some awesome people working for you. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I already had seen what I wanted online and just wanted to see it in the store; but it had been removed from the floor and I had to order it without having seen it in the store. And since it had been removed from the floor I did receive a small discount which was negated by delivery charges. All the above being said I do like the chair and a half and ottoman I purchased. I purchased it because it reminded me of a set I purchased at Ashley in California that was red tapestry and beautiful. This one is nice but will never compare to that one. The salesperson was very professional.
