As soon as we walked in Bennett was there to help us and show us around. He was very helpful and wasn't pushy. He wanted us to be satisfied. He showed us beds around our price range and helped us find a great mattress. He also was very funny and told us great stories. We just walked out with a great mattress. I'm really happy I decided to come to this mattress firm. The salesman Bennett was outstanding and very friendly. He had a ton of knowledge about the products and listened to my needs as a customer. I would definitely recommend this location and was impressed by the outstanding customer service

Ben was very great of service, great conversation. Funny guy awesome customer service. If you need a new mattress box spring or pillows , choose them . 19959 south La grange Road Frankfort,IL . Thanks a lot Ben I was looking all over for a frame for a queen size bed and when I called he said he had one for me it was my lucky day. Thanks a lot bud I will be back to shop soon!!!!!

As soon as we walked into the store, Bennett knew exactly how to make the whole mattress selection experience simple and painless. He was able to answer any questions that we had while providing his recommendations along the way. He made a noticible effort to fit our tight schedule and the entire process worked out well in the end. I've had the mattress that he recommended for two weeks now and it's working great. Thank you for your suggestions and ability to accomodate. Highly recommended, affordable, and effective.

The store manager, Bennett, was friendly and knowledgeable and offered a great price. Delivery was the very next day and was quick and easy. I've had my new mattress for about a week now, and I already feel a difference in my bad back.
