My husband and I stopped in after being referred by our countertop salesman. We like shopping local so we went to check it out. We were looking for a specific sink and we are pretty easy going people so it should have been a quick trip. The woman working with us was very cold and on the snarky/condescending side. Almost as if we were bothering her. When she gave us the price on the sink we were looking for, I had asked if there was price matching available because I can get the same sink from another retailer for $200 less. She said she couldn't match the price. She then started talking about all the accessories in the same condescending way. Eventually, I decided to let her know we are going to purchase the sink elsewhere to save some money and she told us "Good luck getting it in one piece" in a super snarky tone. I don't know if she thought that was hoping to make me sit back down and let her have the sale, but we promptly got up and left.

The first time my husband and I went into Crawford, we were totally overwhelmed.  We did receive some literature and catalogs so that gave us a start.  We returned for a second time, and Penny walked us through everything and made it so easy.  She was wonderful!

I would like to highly recommend Crawford Supply to anyone in need of High Quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures. I remodeled a full bathroom 2 years and had such a great experience with Crawford Supply, so that this year while I am renovating my kitchen, I also visited Crawford Supply. I would like to thank Karen in the Mokena store for all of her patience and expertise in helping me pick out the perfect items to complete my kitchen!. Ountstaning quality and very good prices too! Thank you.

Trying to reach these guys for some time, they never pick up, phone message does not give their office hours, and their voice mailbox is full, so you can't even request a callback... maybe they'll see THIS and get back to me?
