Purchased a bonded leather sectional - it did not last more than 18 months.  Reached out to Ashley and was offered a $300 store credit.  Went back to the Woodbury store to purchase the damaged piece, only to discover the couch was discontinued (the $300 credit was pretty much useless).  The store ended up selling us another couch at a reduced price and encouraged us to buy the Guardian warranty - saying this would protect us for years to come.  We moved away to another state had an issue with the couch - same story $300 credit, we declined, filed the insurance claim and it was denied.  We appealed the decision - denied.  Moral of the story (in my case, I am sure others have different experiences).  The furniture hasn't held up and the extended warranty (Guardian) is useless.  I would have given 1-star, but they tried to make it right with the discounted couch offer.

We worked with Karsten. We have went back and forth with what set up and style of living room furniture we wanted and Karsten was understanding and willing to help with each step. The store itself is set up perfectly and every time we have stopped in we were greeted at the door. I will recommend Ashley furniture to friends and family and I will recommend everyone ask for Karsten.

We wandered through while our daughter was at a birthday party nearby. We're helped by a wonderful woman named Gloria. She was polite and helpful without us feeling pressured to buy anything. She provided is additional information on the items we liked and let us walk out the door without pressuring us to purchase anything. We came back the next day (going past the Ashley store near our house) to purchase our items from Gloria as a thank you for her assistance the day before. We'd definitely return; for the selection and the service! Thank you Gloria and Ashley Furniture, we look forward to our new couches!
