Service is okay but food is kind of terrible. Cocktails are okay but expensive for this kinda dive.

Worst!  Ordered for pick up, got home I had the wrong order!  Staff were 
RUDE! Would not refund for thier mistake nor deliver.  
Will never go back!  Will be going to Shanghi 
Tokyo in the future!

The food here is a little pricey. It has a great indoor eating area but the food is only so-so. It''s really not high quality.

The one star reviews are the typical complaints.

I have been a customer for years now.  Right down the street from all the West Natick condo complexes.  I always get really prompt service for pick-up.  

I would say the food is above average and the variety offered is pan-Asian, which is great.  Portions are large.

For dining in, it is a pleasant, recently renovated minimalist interior which is very nice.

Overall, can't go wrong.  Please do ignore the one star reviews.
