One of America's favorite ice creams are even better   served in one of their freshly made waffle cones! They have so many great flavors to choose from it's almost too hard to make a decision. They let you sample flavors to help make your decision. I ended up with the Bourbon Brown Butter it was amazing!

I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream, I've been coming here for years but I must say the previous three times I've visited the Natick location over the last six months have been very disappointing. 
The price hikes on the hand pack pants are getting out of control they used to be $5, then $6, now $6.75! I wouldn't mind paying it but the kids that work there do not PACK the ice cream there needs to be some quality control over there or I don't think I will be back! Also, the "chocolate therapy" pint I received was nothing but melted mushy ice cream without any chunks, I think the person scraped it from the edges it was absolutely disgusting I'm not eating it and will be returning it soon.

Delicious ice cream, although a little pricey. 2 small in a dish ice creams and one kiddie runs $15. The staff was friendly but the entire dining room was filthy, trash on tables, sticky tables.

Regular Ben and Jerry's, good flavors and toppings. Probably could use a remodeling. Still popular, still a good crowd here.
