Buckle in.  This is going to be a long one.  It’s just too difficult to summarize how Jason has changed my life.

I had been dealing with chronic lower and mid back pain for almost 15 years.  Over time, the pain began spreading to my hips and my neck.  My pain continued to increase while my ability to participate in activities I truly enjoyed, was on a fast decline.  Hiking, sports, weightlifting and running were all things that I had to stop doing.  It had gotten to the point that I had given up on the idea of doing them again.

I tried multiple chiropractors, PT’s, massage therapists, acupuncturists and doctors over the past decade with only temporary pain relief at best.  I would feel better for a day or two as long as I didn’t do anything, but it would always return.  It was very disheartening to know that I couldn’t go with my friends and family on a hike, play tennis or even go for a run.  It had gotten so bad that simply walking for any extended period of time proved to be difficult.  

Then I decided to try out ASIS.  It was the best decision of my life.  

I’ll be honest.  At first, I wasn’t hopeful.  But I couldn’t have been more wrong.  When I first met Jason, I gave him an extremely long description of my history.  He listened intently, allowing me to unburden myself of years of frustration.  Once I finished, we got to work.  On day one, Jason was able to alleviate a significant amount of pain.  The difference is that with the techniques he used and the guidance he gave me for in home exercise, it wasn’t just short-lived pain relief.  In only a few short months, Jason has been able to eliminate 80% of the pain I was experiencing.  To this day, it is still hard for me to believe.  

I know it is still a work in progress but my quality of life has increased exponentially, allowing me to finally do the things I love once again.  Things that I had written off.  I’m back in the gym on a daily basis.  I can hike and play sports again.  But most importantly, and for what I am most grateful for, is that I can bend down and pick up my 14 month old son and carry him around without being in pain.  

Jason is a true professional.  He is understanding, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated.  The amount of gratitude I have for him and his commitment to me is immeasurable.  He has truly changed my life.  And for that, I’m forever grateful.

If I had to summarize all of this in one sentence…GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!!  

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to your members at the Asis Physical Theraphy. I’d especially like to recognize my PT David Chun. He was personable, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He gave me Physical Therapy that worked for me. He knows his career very well. He knows what the patient needs to get better. 
Due to my transportation issue, I have to look for a Physical Theraphy close to home. If not, I would have stayed on ASIS.

I attended physical therapy at ASIS from October 2016 to March 2017 following Lumbar fusion surgery.  I was actually sorry to have my sessions end. My therapist Leo was beyond reproach as was the entire crew. My first appointment happened to fall on Halloween, so to walk in and see the reception staff dressed as ducks was very comforting and put me at ease, yet their professionalism was unsurpassed and that was the climate throughout my entire therapy from start to finish with everyone I came in contact with-comforting yet professional. They were very patient. If there was a particular exercise that I could not do, there wasn't any pressure. They would just tell me that we'll try it on the next visit. I feel stronger now than I have in many years thanks to the ASIS crew and they have motivated me to keep up with a good fitness program. I would recommend ASIS to anyone, young or old.

When I showed up to Asis, I w as in so much pain it was ridiculous.  I originally called them for PT after my hip surgery, but ended up seeing them for a pinched nerve in my neck after a car accident.  Two visits and some exercises at home, I am 80% of the way back.  Thank you David!  Highly recommend, just wish you were open on Saturdays :)
