I've been getting PT at the 4S Ranch location for over a month and have found the staff top notch. Not only am I experiencing physical improvement, I'm benefitting from the positive attitude that permeates the office. Such an environment makes one want to try harder and improve. It's a feel good place all around!

This place has done wonders for me! Most recently after my rotator cuff shoulder surgery, I've been to several Pt places in SD and this one is by far the best. GREAT people, environment, and therapy! If your looking for a PT place proactive is the place to go!

Terrific service. John and the team have treated my shoulder, my daughter's back and neck, and my wife's arm. Their knowledge and attention to detail with diagnosis, recovery, mobility, and strengthening to prevent recurrence were very impressive. I hope th family doesn't have to revisit PT. But if we do, it will be with this team.

I am so thankful for the physical therapy experts at proactive physical therapy and sports medicine, John, Laura,Stephanie, and Amber are not only top notch when it comes to pt but they are top notch people as well, I didn't think they would be able to help me with my sciatica problem but they proved me wrong. They got me back up and running and in better shape than when I went in there! I don't know where I'd be physically right now without there expert treatment. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who's having pain anywhere. Again, thank you so much one and all at proactive pt and sports medicine for treating me so well, you all rock, and as an added bonus they are part of the Veterans Choice program so if you're an Veteran and can't get into the V.A. in an timely manner, give them an call, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Jon was excellent in his care for me,,, the entire staff was friendly and helpful,,, and the premises were very clean,,, I will refer family and friends,,, and I will be back if I should ever need physical therapy...
