Rancho isn't my home office but I love coming here... the girls at desk are fantastic cheerful and always know my name.... I'll miss you guys... I'm cancelling membership

This location is actually the only one I been to, so my review will be on this specific one, the massage therapists are really friendly and really good at giving you a relaxing massage, I had the best one Matt but he ended up transferring to Guam for better work, I can't seem to find a good enough therapist, because unlike Matt each therapist seems to do the exact same massage the only difference will be the pressure that they are capable of, I am not sure if that's the policy but a different approach would actually be beneficial especially since my focus points were on different parts of my anatomy each time but it was the same sequence. The receptionists are friendly and condescending at the same time, I think they just need a little training on customer service. All in all not a bad place to get a massage, however the lack of the 4th star is due to the policy for being a member, I have 15 massages saved up and if I cancel I will lose roughly 810 dollars. I'm also in and out due to work, and can't use them in the middle of the ocean, and it's a hassle to suspend the account being in the military.

wendi, she has a flower tattoo on her right lower arm. she is very polite and respectful and when i first came in and told her what i wanted done she recommended a therapist right away. i had a massage with liz- she is expecting. liz is also an absolutely fantastic employee. she is an amazing therapist who tailored my massage to my needs.
