My experiences at Aslan have always exceeded my expectations. The providers I have worked with there are warm, welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have attended workshops and retreats that taught me more than what I was hoping for where I experienced felt shifts in my own consciousness.  The Evolution of Consciousness workshops gave me a theory that truly resonated with my lived experiences both personally and professionally.  In those workshops along with others I have attended, I experienced healing and consciousness raising experiences that left motivated to integrate practices for the continued evolution of my own consciousness. I have always left the events that are held at Aslan to support peace and health in the community grateful to be a part of something that felt so profound and healing. I can truly say that I would not be where I am today regarding my profession, relationships and spiritual/mental/physical health if I had not found this incredibly safe, healing environment.

I love working at Aslan with a compassionate and talented group of co-workers who are always seeking to grow and willing to be vulnerable and openhearted. I feel so grateful to work in such a lovely and healing environment- Aslan Institute in Eagan.

Aslan is as good as it gets.  
I've worked with a few different therapists during my adult life.  Nowhere have I found more effective counsel than at Aslan Institute.  Lyndall Johnson and her team offer brilliant education classes and individual therapies.   With their help, I feel that I have “graduated” to a new level of Self realization and compassion that is well beyond the drama of earlier life stages.

Everything is connected.  

Your brain cannot work unless your heart is beating. Your heart cannot function without your lungs to provide oxygen.  The human body is an extraordinarily intricate machine, but the human psyche is vastly more complex.  

If you believe that you need to find the root of what is ailing you; if you are dissatisfied with taking a pill to simply resolve the symptom-of-the-day, then Aslan is for you.
