I didn't understand what good chiropractic care was until I went to Essential Health and worked with Dr. Jeff and his staff. After not only feeling better but also seeing the results in my x-rays improve, I was convinced. I completed the rehab program and am now on continual care. Not only does my body feel and move better, but my overall being is better. I'm the happiest I can remember feeling for a long time. I recommend Dr. Jeff, his staff, and the Maximized Living brand to everyone I know. I can't imagine life without chiro now.

My family and I are so happy we found Dr Jeff and his entire staff at Essential Health Care. They are extremely well trained and friendly! Love every adjustment appointment. Thanks Dr Jeff for keeping our family on the healthy path!!!!

I started with Dr. Jeff in McComb in 2014 initially for acute, severe, upper back pain. I was amazed that after only one adjustment the pain resolved. Since I was so impressed not only with the treatment results, but only with the health education provided, I continued with regularly scheduled adjustments. In a short time my doctor stopped treatment with thyroid hormone since my levels had normalized. Also, my Lipitor dose was decreased by 75%!! I lost 20 pounds and have maintained the weight loss for over 18 months.

Dr. Jeff is top in his field. I felt I was at death's door when I met Dr. Jeff and went through the Chiropractic Care Plan he offered. Now I am enjoying life again and making plans for a high quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Jeff, for going the extra mile with all your patients.

Investing in myself and my family through Essential Health Chiropractic has been one of the best decisions I have made in life. My husband and I have healed immensely from years of damage to our spines thanks to exercises and adjustments. My daughter had been adjusted by Dr. Jeff since the day of her birth to insure perfect spinal health from the start. I have also greatly appreciated all of the free educational classes and recipe nights. Who would have thought living healthy could be this fun!
