This clinic building is brand new so it feels very clean and bright there. When my son was born a few months ago we needed to see the doctor and have his blood drawn daily after his one week appointment. My husband and I have also needed to go on several occasions for different reasons. We usually have no problem getting appointments, if we go to urgent care we can check online before we go to see how long the wait is. All staff we have interacted with have been friendly and reassuring when we really needed it. I enjoy coming to this Fairview location because I know my family will be taken care of.

Great clinic with knowledge staff. Dr Jeff Norman is the best doctor I have ever had... Except for the one doc I had in California who was the tour doctor with the band the "Who." But other than that the best ever.

Urgent Care is extremely slow no matter the number of patients and/or providers. The pharmacy is really good though. They will let you know they are working on the prescription and then let you put kids in the car and drive through to grab it.

Put on hold 14 mins to even schedule an appointment. Left waiting in the small room for almost 30 mins to see the doctor. Doctor is alright but their entire system is HORRIBLE. I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years. Don't know what the heck happened since they moved to the new building but may find a different doctor/clinic.

They only have one bathroom on the first floor. It's a medium sized two story building
