I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at Coast Dental in Poinciana. I went in confident everything was going to be fine. Upon getting my results, I wasn’t very happy and to be honest, in tears. I was honestly scared and not sure how I was going to afford and get everything done that needed to be done. My hygienist, Vanessa was so amazing and supportive and made me feel so comfortable that I was able to relax and focus step by step. She went over everything with me and worked it all out so I was able to take care of one thing at a time. She was so kind and warm that I’m not sure if I would have been able to get through the appointment without her. Between her and the office staff, my not so fun appointment was put at ease. Thank you all for everything.

This was the best expirence I have ever had at the Dentist. The staff were very professional and my Dentist made me feel safe and it was over before I knew it

Jodie, Dr Hilario, & Vanessa where outstanding, this was my 2nd visit. Dr. Hilario was very patient with me, understanding my age, Jodie was her asst. and kept me calm and relax as much as possible. I had temp bridge work done, with them. Vanessa did my cleaning explaining what I needed to do to continue with good healthy teeth. 
Everybody at that office get all 10's from me. Thank you all for the fine work you did, I'll see you soon.

I believe the three people who I worked with were Susan (insurance questions), Crystal (I believe she was the hygienist) and Doctor Goldenberg (Orthodontist). All three of these people were incredibly professional, kind and compassionate to their patients. After hearing that the preventative treatment will cost me $1800 for my kid, I had some anxiety. Doctor Goldenberg must have picked up on this because he reassured me that there are other less costly and insurance covered procedures we can do first. He also had Crystal go over all the payment and financing options available to me. Susan was great with telling me what would be and would not be covered so that I didn't have to make the call to my insurance company. 
TL;DR: Cost Dental is amazing! They are kind, welcoming and empathetic. They are very knowledgable in their areas and will gladly help you figure out how to get your dental health in order.

I've been going to Dr. Hilario for a few years now and I recommend her to everyone. Everything about this office is great. They are prompt and efficient. Jodie and Vanessa are great dental assistants and the office staff has even gone out of their way to call me and fit me in for a service before my vacation. I needed a crown replaced and they got it early.
