I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! 
The office is a beautifully decorated facility and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. They made me feel very welcomed. One thing about Aspen is that they don't scold you for not coming in. They are sincerely glad to see you so they can help, and several staff have personally told me this. They explained to me the importance of coming in more often to prevent or catch things before they get worse. However, there is never ANY pressure. 

Need an oral procedure?
Dr. Sims is Aspens traveling east TN oral surgeon. He is a master at his craft. I have had 2 major procedures of Tori removal and he is awesome. He said mine was the largest Tori he had ever seen. However he completed a beautiful piece of work. Dr. Sims treats you as more of a friend than a patient. He and his staff are nothing short of professional and helpful.
I would recommend both the office and Dr. Sims for oral surgery. BTW Dr. Sims travels and will see you at most East TN Aspen Dental locations.

Went here they are a RIP OFF I was told they could not do anything for me unless I had 7000.00 dollars.. I went to there competition and spent 600.00 had my teeth taken care of now I have a happy and wonderful smile.. trust me you will save thousands by going elsewhere..and the service is better

Don't go to this office for your dental care. This office simply ruined my life for nearly a year.

I chose to go to this one because I thought an average four-start review was good enough for a dental office. I was clearly wrong. There are many places much better than this one in Knoxville.

First, they made plans without considering my insurance policy. I ended up with paying a lot more than they told me. This was partly my fault, because it was my first visit and I didn't study my insurance in detail. However, the point is that they don't study it, either. This is in stark contrast to what I experienced at other dental offices, where the first thing the staff did was to check my insurance policy.

Second, even if I already spent a lot of money there, I didn't feel any better with my teeth. Actually, their treatment caused a lot of problems to my teeth. The dentist wasn't even sure that he could fix my teeth with fillings, but he did it anyway.

Third, the staff does not care about patients. One of my teeth was in terrible pain after the treatment. I called the office to ask for help. They didn't have any time for an appointment that day, so they responded that there was nothing they could do. The only advice was to let me call the other Aspen Dental in Oak Ridge and see if there was time available. They didn't have either, but I learned from them that I could just go to the dental office in Knoxville and wait there to see the dentist when he has some fee time. See, that is the difference.

Anyway, I do not recommend this place for dental care.

I had x-ray and cleaning at their office. I went to another Dentist office this time for cleaning and realized how much pricey and inefficient Aspen dental is. Hygienist spent not more than 10min on my teeth and said you have very healthy teeth and I do not think they cleaned my implants at all. My new hygienist at the Dr Nations office took almost an hour and touched every tooth and cleaned very well. She said you have very healthy teeth, but it still requires to clean all every time you see your hygienist. I would never go back to that place. They all about money and very commercial.

Had my first appointment today and I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I will definitely not be coming back. Don’t waste your time.
