We are Canadians living in South Carolina for three months. I got a toothache and didn’t have a clue of where I could go. Luckily I googled dentists near me and up popped Aspen Dental!  From the young lady who booked my appointment to the receptionist through the radiologist to the hygienist and dentist I had the most memorable experience ever. What an absolute wonderful group of professionals!  So very nice and caring!  I will definitely come back to this dental group when we return next year!!

New patient and got there before my appointment. Waited 1 1/2 and still haven't been seen. I inquired the time frame and the excuse was. Today is oral surgery day and only have three people. I was pissed and said, why was my appointment made knowing this is a surgery day. I walked out and never going back again. While waiting, the conversation within themselves about clients, invoice's and each other. Things, clients should never hear. Very unprofessional and highly recommend to all on not using this clinic and company.

My experience at my Aspen Dental was excellent. My hygienist, Maria was exceed informative and professional. She went above and beyond explaining and educating me to future dental health. I was most appreciative of her knowledge and kindness. Also, Michael in out processing/billing was an additional source of insurance information and professionalism. Both of these individuals are a tremendous asset to Aspen Dentals' Myrtle Beach office.  I highly recommend both of these professionals.

Very poor book keeping. Continue to be billed for services paid. Told many times it was taken care of but still getting past due and late notices.  They are  slow in responding to call and returning them.  Invoices are not detailed as to what services you paid for.  Still working to clear billing errors up.  Not pleased. Upcoming appointment cancelled.

Great staff!  The first visit was super informative and everyone was very friendly.  They thoroughly explained the process!  I was even able to schedule my first cleaning appointment the same day as my first visit consult!  The assistant Cassie, Hygienist Maria and Dr. Mills are the best around!  I highly recommend this staff!
