I was in a lot of pain. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor cared about helping me. They made it possible for me to be seen immediately and took the necessary steps to help me in one visit. Including a reasonable payment plan.
The facility is impeccably clean and the staff are competent and caring.
I truly appreciated my total experience. So grateful to no longer be in pain!

The people were great, but the wait time was bad. MY appointment was at 3pm. I didn't get called back until 4:36. The one lady in training had to take x rays of my mouth alone. She told me she didn't know what she was doing, but everyone was to busy to help her. After 10-15 of waiting for someone to help her, I had to wait again for the right person to do more X-rays. Once they got me into a room, I promise I waiting for about minutes before anyone told me the doctor would be right with me. It was about 10-15 min later I finally got a doctor in just to tell me something that took 2 mins. They can really work on there timeliness and professionalism...

I had an appointment today as a new patient. I have MetLife 1.0 insurance. They wanted to charge me $345 for my first cleaning (which should have been no charge for in-network). "Included" in this cleaning was a top of the line electronic toothbrush I had no need for and was not told about. After bringing this up, it was claimed that this was a 'special' cleaning that isn't covered fully under insurance and it would be $145 for this cleaning.

Also, my out of pocket for crowns showed that insurance was paying only about 10% of the cost (which should have been 50%), cavities were being paid at 25% by insurance (should have been 80%). 

Needless to say, I cancelled my cleaning and will be going with another dentist.

I was very impressed and pleased that I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call, especially after breaking my lower denture over the weekendand, and needing to get in asap.  Everything was explained clearly, and the options available, getting everything arranged so we could proceed with treatment immediately.

Dr. Nguyen is by far the best dentist I've been to.  She's gentle with the drill, willing to explain, and happy.  The staff kebabs all the time.  Check out system sucks.  It should take 10 minutes especially after being in the chair for a long time with numbing erasing off.  Figure out a way to do this with the patient in mind.
