After first appointment and having to wait over a month and a half for an open appointment for a cleaning. Come in for my scheduled appointment to be advised they can't take you and need to reschedule. This is beyond unprofessional. They apparently have too many patients to provide the basic professional services. They should focus on their patients and commitments they schedule, people plan appointments within their busy work schedules and just to be shunned off as just a number is disheartening. Make sure to choose your dentist wisely as not to waste your time just to be told they can't see you on your scheduled time. Now to give them credit they attempted to call the day before but were unable to reach me, but if something needed to change and you had this on the schedule for over a month calling the day before is unacceptable. Apparently you are just a number in dollar signs at this practice.

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Courtney at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, Ms. Judy always has a smiling face, and JeriAnn is always knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance. Dr. William's makes you feel like part of the fam. I can't say enough good things about Rinehart Dental!!!

I had a terrible experience with this dentist and his staff. I received a confirmation call for a 10:50am appointment. The morning of my appointment I received another call from Courtney at the front desk, wondering why I hadn't shown up for my 10:10am appointment. I explained that I received and responded to a confirmation call for 10:50am, and did not receive any communication regarding an appointment for 10:10am. I explained that it was very important for me to get both my cleaning and filling done in the same day when I initially made the appointment, so I was very upset to find out there had been a mix up when confirming my appointment time. Courtney was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was rushed in and out for my filling, Dr Williams began drilling before my Novocaine kicked in. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be returning to this dentist and I would advise against wasting your time with Rinehart Dental.

My favorite dentist I've ever had! The front desk staff is the friendliest of any of my doctors. My hygienist Cynthia is so gentle and pleasant, it makes cleanings so easy! I've never had trouble scheduling appointments that fit my work schedule and they even send you text reminders so you don't miss an appointment. Plus the doctor really cares about giving back to the community. The office kindly donated a huge box of toothbrushes and toothpaste for a women and children's charity I was helping to organize. I would recommend Rinehart Dental to everyone!
