Thanks to our convenient locations and extended office hours, including evenings and select Saturdays, scheduling an appointment is easy! I waited 41 minutes just to be called back. I was there a total of 1 hour and 38th minutes of which an INCREDIBLE WHOLE 22 minutes were spent with me by either the x-ray tech, the Dr and the sales person. I was told the hygienist would come in, but that did not happen. And only a mere almost $400 BUCKS TO CLEAN MY TEETH! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

Very unprofessional and careless work. Would NOT recommend. Company starts your first visit at low cost and prices increase dramatically after first visit. My scheduled 3 month exam did not even have a dentist exam or talk with me - was only seen by the hygienist and heard the dentist tell everyone goodbye as I was sitting in the chair. I also have a rough spot on my tooth after the cleaning and called to have this fixed and was told I would have to pay for exam and x-rays before they could fix it....even though it happened while I was in the office. I do not have dental insurance so this is why I tried the cheaper route...Not happy with this at all - I will return to my previous dentist!

Needed an emergency root canal and they got me right in. Nearly painless. Awesome staff. Highly recommend!!!!

I had 4 fillings done about a year and a half ago. Maybe a month afterwards one of them crumbled out while I was eating very soft food leaving me with a hole in my tooth. I went back to Aspen to have it fixed and did not even get so much as an apology from the dentist or staff. A few months after that another one of the fillings came out while I was flossing my teeth leaving me with another hole. Just went to a different dentist earlier this week for a check-up and in addition to refilling the second one that came out they will have to replace another filling done by Aspen that was not sealed properly. I now get to pay over $600 out of pocket to have these issues fixed. I was a student at the time the fillings were initially done so I understand the need for low-cost dental care, however, that low-cost should not equate to low-skilled dentists.

The people are wonderful, especially the kind, smiling face of the pretty woman who greeted me at the entry desk...made my day. However, I did not enjoy getting a payment rundown from my insurance company saying I had to pay for the Fluoride treatment. I thought the Fluoride was part of the cleaning. I was not asked if I wanted it and that it would be extra. It was only $28, but I got this policy because the cleanings are free. For some people, like us, $28 is a big chip out of the budget. Just a thought to say, Please communicate clearly. I would have said no to the Fluoride.
