Great dentist office. Staff is very friendly and through. The minute I walked through the door they were ready to see me for my appointment. Got a very through cleaning and checkup. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a very high standard for their dental care.

Dr. Wirth and his staff did a wonderful job taking care of me.  They were extremely kind, and personable during my cleaning.  Dr. Wirth showed me exactly what was going on with my teeth, and how to keep them healthy!

When Dr. Ganser owned the practice, it was about more than oral hygiene.  He was always cutting edge with technology and I was sad to see him retire.  Dr. Ganser understood his patients made up his practice and that being patient focused was his emphasis and then the rest fell into place.  Since Dr. Bailey bought Dr. Ganser out it was "bigger and better".  Walking into their stark cold modern decor leaves an uneasy feeling.  A few staff are as cold as the furniture and their only worry is money.  I spent 20 years faithfully and spent thousands of dollars.  They were heartless over a small bill.  Never will I step into their heartless office again.

I showed up for my appointment on a Monday morning. Woke up with a migraine and my car was in the shop so I had to ride my bike that day. My normal hygienist, Taneil, was out (I hope she's feeling better), but I met Natalie who was also very friendly and helpful. The staff at Optimal are always smiling and seem to legitimately like their jobs and care about their patients. My last dentist is right across the hall in the same building so it's always interesting "sneaking around" in there. He liked to try to cross-sell services that I didn't need which is what kind of turned me away from that office. That said, no regrets, I've never had a bad experience at Optimal and Dr. Bailey is always available to answer questions. I had a permanent retainer wire pop out when I was out of town. After looking at the aftermath Dr. Bailey said he will get the correct wire re-ordered and put back into place at no charge to me. I've never had a problem at the dentist as far as anxiety in the chair or issues with letting the staff do their job, but the staff at Optimal make it all the easier, from the front end receptionists to people in the back whose job it is to put their hands in relative strangers' dirty mouths. My hat is off to all of you, keep up the good work. I've always been fortunate to be in the care of quality dentists' offices, and for as long as I'm in Lincoln, Optimal will keep me coming back. THANKS, EVERYBODY!

Thanks for changing the way I feel about going to the dentist! Every staff member in the office is very nice and helpful. Dr. Bailey explains things in great detail, and I've never felt rushed when I'm explaining my concerns- his interest truly lies in his patients satisfaction. Heather, my hygienist, is extremely gentle and caring during cleanings. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Optimal Dental.
