I found Pine Ridge Dental thoroughly accommodating, professional and friendly.  As a new patient I got in right away after cancelling my first appointment.  “State of the art” equipment and techniques in nice surroundings made me glad I went to them.

I don’t even live in state anymore, and I still do my best to make it here for my dental visits as much as possible. Dr. Murphy is an absolute pro. There aren’t enough words to explain how much he has improved my quality of life.

Reason this is not just one star is that what happened, happened a few years ago so I do not know if the same female Dentist is there.  I have a skin problem, nothing major but it is just a skin problem, one dot which is red.  When the Dentist saw me she claimed loudly that I was HORRIBLE to not tell her I had HIV........ I don't have HIV.  So rude I never went back.  All she needed to do was ask me what it was.  Instead she bitched at me for possibly making her ill with HIV.

As a resident of Lincoln, NE, I started going to Pine Ridge Dental about 25 years ago  and I have always loved this dental practice. I am apprehensive about dental visits so it's important to me that I go to a dentist that I trust.  About 10 years ago we moved to Kansas City. Due to the 3-hour drive, I tried a couple of different dentists in the KC area. They both tried to schedule me for work that didn't need to be done... before they would fix a cracked tooth that was actually causing me pain. Pine Ridge Dental never tries to perform work that doesn't really need to be done. And their dentists and hygienists are all absolutely top-notch in my opinion. For those reasons, I still go back to Pine Ridge Dental for all of my routine checkups, and for any work that needs to be done. It is worth the 6-hour round-trip drive and I would recommend this dental practice to ANYONE!

I was at the Edgewood  office today and was so happy to see that an elderly patient was walked right into the service area to wait in a dental chair so that he did not have to get up and down several times. I have transported elderly parents to many appointments and this is one of the only times I have seen a provider meet the unique needs of the elderly with mobility challenges.
