Consider a Second opinion. My wife went here for a routine exam. She was told she needed $1400 worth of oral work. I urged her to go get a second opinion. Second Dr. says, we'll keep an eye on it, come back in 6 months.$0. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

They were nice enough but they tried to sell me everything under the sun including an expensive electric toothbrush when I already told them I had one. They had me go into the office manager's office at the end of my visit to "close" the deal. I said yes when they randomly asked if I would like whiter teeth and then amazingly there was a $800.00 whitening plan on my invoice. I was pressured to buy some white calcium paste that I have never heard another dentist mention and some really expensive fluoride tooth paste and rinse. No other dentist ever had me do these things but this place really put on the pressure to have you purchase the "extras". I won't be going back.

The staff seems friendly, but anytime they told me they would call me back they never did. I always had to reach out to them, and none of them ever seemed to remember listening to the countless messages I left. I set up an appointment two months ago, and I called them at least once a week and left messages to figure out what the costs would be, but I didn't got a call back until a week before my scheduled appointment. They then told me the oral surgeon was on vacation and we would have to reschedule it for the following week. When I called back to confirm the appointment was rescheduled they told me they had already booked up since I did not make my payment before the appointment was scheduled. I tried to explain that I was waiting for them to tell me how much it would cost, but they still said there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to wait another two months for another opening.

They were able to get me in quickly since I was experiencing pain and didn't know why. They were up front about everything, letting me know I was in between two appointment so may have to wait a bit, asking if that was okay, going over everything the dentist was recommending for future care. It never felt high pressure or under handed. The dentists were fantastic and made sure I understood everything. I will be back here again.
