Everyone is so nice and professional. Dr. Nichols , Amanda, went over every thing with me explained all my options. I will be staying with Aspen and having them do all my dental work. I will be mentioning to all my family and friends about Aspen Dental.

The entire staff was very nice and friendly and extremely helpful... i had a lot of work done and they all went above and beyond to make sure i could   receive all the dental care i needed very quickly with minimal pain and made sure i understood everything they were doing and why. They are absolutely the best staff and dental office i have ever encountered and they really do seem to genuinely want to help you! My teeth have hurt me for years now and after my visit yesterday, my teeth look amazing and for the first time in years i have absolutely no pain! I wish i could give them 10 stars!!!! Best dental office and the best staff ever!!!!

I went in last November, for the free initial screening and x-ray. They said they could not do an extraction, and referred me to somebody from the Summersville area. I had never heard from anyone, regarding  my extraction. When I finally came back in May to reassess and schedule, I was charged a $73 office visit to repeat the same thing that was told to me in November,  with the exception of, they could do the extraction there. I scheduled and paid in advance for the extraction and fillings and asked if I could get just a simple teeth cleaning. I was told no, because in the original assessment, they wanted to do the deep tissue cleaning, which I strongly declined. So, they wouldn't just clean my teeth, unless I had the more expensive procedure completed first. On the day of my extraction, I was told I was entitled to a refund. I came back two days later, to get the fillings done,  and I asked about the refund, but I was told they would let me know. I still haven't heard about my $100 refund and I'm also complaining about a $73 office visit,  detailing 25 minutes of me sitting in the dentist chair. No other scheduled plans were made that day other than already previously dictated.  As for the dental procedures, I can only say I hope they last. But I cannot give a decent referral, while I'm still waiting for a refund of $173.  And no, I will not spend that $173 on future services. I think Aspen dental has already collected enough interest on my money, over the last three weeks.  Although,  the staff was friendly, I don't like the business practices.  I'll find a family dentist, if I need services again.

stars for the nice building and semi professionalism. Other than that I've been quite patient trying for about a month to get a new patient appointment and every week It's the same thing. No openings, So if you drive a truck OTR or work out of town don't expect to ever get an appointment cause they won't even attempt to work with you.
