The staff was very polite and accommodating. They were sensitive to my anxiety over my painful tooth. The accounting staff gave me options since I'm financially on a fixed income.

I needed a second opinion so I called the main #and went to the Seabrook location. There was some confusion as to why I was there, but I was able to quickly clarify. They were curtious, efficient, patient, and cost competitive with me.

Thy got me in quick but it was all downhill after that. When I went in for a tooth extraction it was a nightmare. The dentist’s assistant couldn’t find the right tool the dentist needed for the extraction. He opened up about 5 different bags of sealed tools because the bags were all labeled wrong. The dentist was getting irritated. The assistant had to look in another room for the right tool!  With my mouth wide open and the dentist trying to get my tooth out it took too long for them to locate the proper tool needed at that time. Luckily my dental insurance kicks in January so I can go to a different dentist!!  This was seabrook NH location. Also, I can’t forget that the dentist said I needed another script for antibiotics. When I left to head to the pharmacy to fill them I was upset to see that she forgot the antibiotic script. It was just more Tramadol.

my tooth was in pain and so decayed there was NO saving it and the doctor refused to pull it or extract it because he said i was to young and he didnt want me to think getting a tooth pulled will fix the situation and didnt want me missing teeth..BUT there was no other way i had to go somewhere else i know my teeth and whats wrong with them i wish a dentist could just listen for once im in the same situation again and i almost called aspen because i really need this tooth out nothing can fix it not even a root canal i wish i had somewhere that would just extract the tooth its killing me! i have a feeling they wont so why try...wish i had a better experience.

Professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Their scheduling is very accommodating. They don’t make you wait weeks like other dentists
