I've only been visiting this office for about a year, but my experience has been fairly consistent. The staff in general are all very kind and efficient. They appear to be very good at their jobs and are always pleasant. The reason for my lower rating is not the staff and their quality of care, but the  lack of cleanliness and order within the office. The waiting area is a converted storefront lobby and is not clean. The floor is always dirty and in general, there is no pleasant ambiance to the waiting area. There are none of the the little details of quality, comfort and a sense of class that make one feel confident in what happens beyond that lobby - the first impression is not very good. The procedural areas seem fairly well-kept, though there are often boxes of supplies or other things stacked up in halls. Unfortunately, the disorderly and untidy aspects of the environment do not give one a sense of confidence in the quality of oral hygiene care. Hygiene should be important everywhere!

My visits have been handled very professionally by all.  Jason is a great asset to their team. He took the time to explain insurance and appointment questions I had and he also worked very hard to get me appointments  that worked around my schedul.

Very impressed with Aspen Dental office and personnel.  They evaluated my teeth and gums and made their recommendations.  I was very satisfied with their recommendations and decided to go forward with the plan.  Jason was very helpful with pricing, payment and scheduling appointments.

I had very poor service at this office . I was called back had my xrays done , after that it went downhill. The assistant checked my teeth and the dentist didn't come in . My appt was at 2 at 3 I went to the desk and asked if the dentist had forgot, I'm sorry the dentist will be in at 3:30 I walked out. The staff were very unprofessional laughing and having a good time while ignoring the patients.  Another lady was asking about her previous bill some said they will be with you shortly  two different times she also walked out.

The reception area was neat and clean. The receptionist was busy, but pleasant. The dentist was very nice and explained everything very clearly. And checkout, with my financial options all went smoothly. I have yet to have any work done but I'm hoping all goes well.
