My family and I have used services from the dental department, the dr office for sick and well visits, the vision center, and the pharmacy. Each department has gone out of their way to always accommodate us and make everything run smoothly. I never feel like I am rushed or just a number to any of these departments. The out of pocket cost for this healthcare is incredible as well as the prices for medications and over the counter pharmacy items.

BMW cheaps out at the expense of its associates as usual!! BMW cares NOTHING for the people online who do the work of building these junk cars! I hate BMW!!! They deserve to crash and burn!!!!

They NEVER answer the phone! I called 4 times in one day for 5 days and left a voice mail every time and I didn't get anything back.

Appointments are impossible to get here, especially when you’re sick. I’m not sure why the doctors office is even an option for sick appointments. You call the second they open and surprisingly they are already booked. I’m not even going to start on the receptionists. They are all rude.

(UPDATED 2018 PLZ READ) Run as fast as you can...I've been to the Dr's office and dental as well as the physical therapy and this place is a real JOKE. My experiences have been nothing less than scary, rushed, and totally neglected. Let me give a quick run down...the black Dr. She will not care to hear of your plan of action to be the healthiest person you wish to be, I came in for just routine check ups and had to be put on HIGH BLOOD MEDS, with no history or family issues of this condition as my husband as well was selected for several types of DANGEROUS fatal types of MEDS witch we both no longer take because we ran when our healthy lifestyle wasn't on this docs agenda we are striving for clean vegan active lifestyle with 0 MEDS but that seemed to upset these doctors alot...the dentist office was a horrible experience my pressure shot up just to make and Opt. They scheduled wrong dates and when we had to cancel they punished you by saying next available is like 3 to 6 months available. They also verbally exspressed to me how BMW ASSOCIATES are spoiled and think they are their to treat them (staff) anyway they feel because they work for the company eg: cancelation by family members with short notice and not purchasing the recommended products from them...please if you've been prescribed MEDS from this place GET A SECOND OPINION this place seems to hate the associates and their families. I will never come back nor my husband. We are too nervous and scared. UPDATE 2018 JANUARY : THE CURRENT DR. M. IS AMAZING I HAVE RETURNED TO SEE THIS NEW PHYSICIAN AND HE LISTENS AND TAKES ALL THE TIME YOU NEED WITHOUT FEELING RUSHED. I'M AM STILL A FULL VEGAN/ PLANT BASE LIFESTYLE AND CURRENTLY ON NO MEDS THANKS TO DR. M. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING HIM OUT. AAAAHHHH TX BMW FOR THIS. I JUST WANNA BE HEALTHY AND HAVE A FACILITY THAT CARES FOR THAT NEED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I DO HAVE CHOICES AND NOW I CHOOSE THE FAMILY ASSOCIATE HEALTH. THE DENTIST OFFICE LOOKS AS IF THEY ARE STILL IMPROVING TOO! BUT GUYS THAT FRONT DESK IS STILL A MESS. WE WE'RE CHARGED UNFAIRLY FOR A NO- SHOW OPT...SMFH! HERE WE GO! THE DENTIST COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DESK AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ON VISITS STILL SUCK....I CAME IN FOR A CROWN REPLACEMENT AND THEY WE'RE (DENTIST HERSELF) HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS THERE FOR AFTER SHE MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS REALLY!!! I GOT SENT HOME AND MY TIME WAS WASTED NO CHARGE THO...ALWAYS ASK THEM QUESTIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL NOT ORGANIZED. TX
