called 15 times and never ever would somebody answer that darn phone

I'm giving this a 2 because they can't seem to figure out the art of scheduling. If you know your doc is 'thorough', then change your scheduling methods. I don't have 2-1/2 hours to set aside to wait. That's unfair. I have a job too. I should not have to take a half day off for a doc appt. be courteous enough to call me and reschedule or something.   I adore Dr Lebel but this is a chronic issue that everyone ignores.

I have a bit of confusion with regards to the review for this team.  The staff is very nice & Dr. Fowler is a terrific physician, who was very caring of myself and my younger daughter.   But after trying for the 4th time to give blood for the same tests, my frustration with the staff for their lack of details has met its limit. The blood specimen was to be frozen before shipment - the 3rd time they did not follow this procedure.
