From automotive to home, corporate, liability, general, and umbrella policies... the Assurance Center has provided my family and business sound and trusted advice for more than a decade. Their collective experience has helped to guide me through many situations. Very friendly, easy to reach and communicate with, and there when you need them most. I always recommend them to family and friends.

First policy in 1987, through new homes, new cars, kids cars - they are the best. Many of our friends have switched their insurance to the Assurance Center.  Reliable, always the best price, efficient, accurate and they never keep you waiting.  The best service possible.

I have dealt with many insurance agencies in the past and this is by far the worst agency. They have no prefessional standards. Mary Kay, who was our agent, is rude, disresectful and incompetent. When we decided to cancel our relationship with the agency because our insurance was costing us 50% more than every other company and we were tired of her rudeness. Mary Kay managed to not properly cancel our policy. We had to send multiple certified letters because she claimed to have never received them. The agency then has kept our refund check without sending on to us. After several failed attempts at trying to receive our money (over $2000 worth) the insurance company (Peerless) had to get involved and stop payment on both checks to properly refund us. This agency is horrible. If you want rudeness, incompetent work ethic and someone who will take your money and hold on to it for themselves than by all means this is the agency!

 I have had only great experiences at The Assurance Center. Mary Kay is my agent, and she is always polite. She always works to find the most inexpensive policies, with a smile.
