I have actually been with this state farm for the better part of 30 years and never needed to personally utilize the services of my agent perse until an accident in November of 2015 and was dismayed at what I encountered.... there was so much that I had to do that should have been handle by an agent. Also was never informed I did not have rental coverage in having full colision until I needed it. Just found out, my work offers a discount auto insurance so I'm contemplating the switch. Was always leery after so many years. But we'll see......change is good
