Joseph was so helpful during our home purchase. He kept us informed through the whole process and worked with our mortgage company to expedite the financing. There were several types of inspections on the home that were required by the loan company , Joseph handled these professionally which took this worry away from us.

We can not say enough about Joseph’s ability to instill confidence through the whole ordeal. He was honest, reliable, and able to explain details very clearly. 

Under his guidance, we were able to purchase the home that filled our needs and our hopes. We are now living in the condo of our dreams. We are so blessed to have Joseph as our realtor.

Amy Durham was so great when it came to helping me buy my first house. I had no idea where to start so she walked me through the entire process. She answered all my question in a timely manner no matter the time of day! She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect house for me.  I will   definitely be giving her a call the next time I need someone and I highly recommend her to others!

Gina is a really great realtor! She is very responsive, efficient and above all kind and cares for her clients. She is not pushy and always looks out for your needs as a client. Mr Ted Howard, with Assurance Realty, was extremely helpful in selling a family member's house; I do not live local and he was very good in keeping me informed regarding the process and status, he helped me locate individuals to get the house and property ready for sale. I cannot imagine that any other agency or individual could have done any more for me in accomplishing a sale. Very pleased with experience.
